• I reserve the right of refusal to any material I deem too uncomfortable to work on •
(if you're unsure just ask)
• You must disclose all potentially problematic material prior to me accepting the work •
• Official releases must credit me either in the video, in the post, or in the comments •
• You agree that AI will not be used in the production of the project •
• You agree that you will not use AI to replicate my voice or likeness •
• Recordings may not be re-used on a separate project unless otherwise agreed upon •
• Recordings may not be redistributed to third parties without my express permission •
• Retakes are free if the error is on my end (technical difficulties, flubbed lines, etc.) •
• Retakes are paid if the error is from production (script changes, revisions, etc.) •
• Each project gets one free minor retake session •
